WHAT ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping charges will be conveyed to you once you put an enquiry for the product you are interested in.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered maximum in 15-20 business days from the time of placing the order. However, the estimated delivery will be updated to you at the time of placing the order.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHETHER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:
1. Email order confirmation.
2. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order by calling us on +91 80771 08239 or email us at -
info@hbrlexports.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the manufacturing/shipping has started. Once the manufacturing/shipping has started, order can't be cancelled.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within couple of working days through the original mode of payment.

IS THERE ANY HIDDEN COST INVOLVED?

India: No hidden cost, prices  you are conveyed inclused shipping and delivery charges.

International: There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at info@hbrlexports.com.

FAQ - PAYMENT RELATED

HOW CAN I PAY?

India: You will be provided account number details/UPI id which you can use for payment. After payment completion, please send us transaction details via E-mail on info@hbrlexports.com. We will confirm the same once we receive the funds.


International: You will be provided account details upon deal finalization. And payment can be done based on terms and conditions accepted mutually.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

India: Shipping and delivery charges are included in the prices conveyed.


International: Shipping Worldwide. Duties & Taxes are additional and need to be paid to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

DO YOU OFFER EMI OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT?

No. At the moment, there is no EMI option available.

FAQ - ORDER CANCELLATION

HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE IN MY ORDER OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Any change or cancellation is possible if the information is received before the order is placed for manufacturing or order is dispatched. FAQ - RETURN POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at info@hbrlexports.com.

WHERE DO YOU SEND THE REFUND?

Refund is processed through the same payment method which was used to place the order.

I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION AFTER INITIATING THE RETURN?

Call us or email us to request a copy of the email. We will resend it on your registered email address.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, DOES THE RETURN POLICY APPLY TO ME?

WHAT IF ITEM IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE IN ANY WAY, OR NOT THE ITEM I JUST ORDERED?

India: Each of our item goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the item is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the item,  at info@hbrlexports.com, along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 2 working days.

IF I SHARE A PICS OF MY ROOM, WILL YOU BE ABLE TO SUGGEST GOOD CARPETS/RUGS?

Yes, of course. We have a team of Interior Designers. Just share your pictures via mail at info@hbrlexports.com and our design consultants will suggest the best possible options for your requirement.

ARE TRUE COLORS SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR PRODUCTS?

Yes, the products showcased on the website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual product and it's website image. DO THE CARPETS/RUGS COMES WITH WARRANTY?

Yes. Every rug comes with a 6 months or 12 months warranty.

DO YOU REPAIR CARPETS/RUGS?

No, As of now we do not repair Carpets and Rugs, but trying to launch it soon.

WARRANTY POLICY

Carpets and Rugs comes with a certain  period of warranty depending upon weaving type.

Hand Knotted, Tibetan, Patchwork - 12 Months

Hand Tufted, Handloom, Flat Weave, Shags, Hand-woven - 6 Months

 

In case of a defect found kindly notify us via e-mail at info@hbrlexports.com or call +91 80771 08239 along with 5 images of the damaged rug/carpet. If the defect is found to be of the nature covered under the warranty policy, we will provide you the best possible resolution.

 

Warranties are non-transferable. Proof of original purchase is also required. If HBRL replaces your rug under any of the limited warranties, the remaining portion of the warranty period will be based on your original purchase date.

 

Defects outside product warranty entitlement:

Shedding. (This can be reduced by vacuuming the rug at a low power mode at least once a week)

Occasional sprouting pulls or loss of single tufts of fiber.

Color and texture changes due to the use of natural fibers and dyes or prolonged exposure to sunlight, humidity, heat or certain atmospheric gases.   

Rolling marks. (These can disappear with routine vacuuming)

Matting and crushing in rugs, which can be minimized by proper maintenance of the rug. 

Rugs recently removed from a bag may have odor which can dissipate by placing the rug (back side up) in direct sunlight for 24 hours.
